Dr. New and his staff are wonderful and caring. I had gone to him years ago and when I recently needed another root canal, I told my Dentist to send the referral only to Dr. New. He makes you feel very comfortable as a patient and even with issues with vertigo, he and his assistant made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend his practice.

I encourage you to throughly read my review and all the other concerning ones below. I had went in for a root canal and unfortunately learned the hard way that I should have never gone here. Not only was the staff not informative of payment. Collecting payment upon leaving stating it will be reimbursed by insurance? Mind you my insurance would have covered the visit but they claim it didn’t. Failure to communicate all cost before the procedure is a RED flag to me. Now for Mr. New….. I could tell he did not care at all about his patients. He seemed to want to “rush” get me in and out. Not only did I have major complications afterwards with no answers. He kept joking about how he needed to be on his way for “golf”. Absolutely sickening to think I waiting over a month to get into his establishment with a broken and exposed tooth. I only went with him because he’s was referred by my doctor. With the amount of reviews of people stating the same thing is highly concerning and his business needs to be shut down. Now I will live my entire life with irreplaceable damage to my mouth that no one can fix. Please avoid this establishment at all costs!

What an awesome Endodontics office! Had to have an emergency root canal and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule that very day. Dr. New and all of his employees were very kind and courteous. Very professional work and now my tooth is pain free. Highly recommend this office for any oral surgeries!
